Studio K is introducing a new and exciting class at 12:15pm on Tuesdays — Super-Functional Kinesis Circuit with Michael Taylor.
We are inviting you to come check the session out! You will not want to miss out on this fun and intense workout!
Michael Taylor is a certified NESTA trainer, a Certified Spinning Instructor and a TRX Suspension Training Certified Leader with 10+ years experience. Please join him Tuesday at 12:15pm for a very functional and circuit-like style training that will keep you moving, your core engaged, while having fun!
TRX/Superfunctional Cross Bar/Cross Core sessions take suspension training to another level. These various devises enable stand-alone postural warm-ups, total body resistance, and spinal alignment. Exercises may either be performed suspended or at ground level. For more advanced training, the Superfunctional trapeze bar enables the user to swing, hang, and even step from bar to bar. An incredibly fun and progressive exercise session allowing movements to be made safely in any plane. Suspension training will be in combination with the Kinesis wall to allow for various sports conditioning drills to enhance cardiovascular performance.
